Tonkatsu

Hari ini bikin tonkatsu, makanan favorit suami. Caranya gampang banget dah.
Bahan
2 potong steak babi
garam lada

Lapisan = terigu , telur, panko

Cara
1. Daging ditekan2 pake garpu biar lunak, taburkan garam lada secukupnya
2. Gulingkan di lapisan terigu, telur kocok, lalu panko
3. Goreng hingga matang
4. Biasanya dimakan bersama tare tonkatsu yang warna coklat2.
Gampang kan? Kalo nasi di cawan, diatasnya ditaroh tonkatsu ini, namanya berubah jadi Katsu don...hehe...lucu ya..

Cooking Mama 3 Don Jiru

Udah awal november, sorry telat nyerahin PR nya cooking mama bulan Oktober, yang bertema Soto. Udah nyari ubek2 resep soto, ga ada yang pas, alesannya gw tuh ga punya persediaan bumbu2 kayak daun jeruk lah, kunyit lah, daun sereh lah dll, sorry banget, jadi gw ganti resep deh ya...gpp kan?? daripada ga bikin PR kan...

Cara membuatnya si gampang, bumbu dasar kuahnya pake miso/tauco. Ini gw catetin lagi bahannya n cara membuatnya.

Bahan
300 gr daging babi iris tipis
1/4 pt lobak, potong sesuai selera
1/2 pt wortel, potong
1/2 pt gobo, potong halus
1/2 bh konyaku, potong2
4 sdm miso
2 sdm minyak sayur

A
6 cup dashi
2 sdt sake
sedikit mirin
Cara membuat
1. Masukkan minyak di panci, masak daging, lalu masukkan lobak, wortel, gobo, tambahkan A
2. Rebus dengan api kecil kira2 10 menit, buang ampas diatas kuahnya, masukkan miso, aduk hingga miso meresap ke kuah, rebus hingga matang
3. Sajikan panas2.

Enak dimakan pas musim2 dingin, sup nya panas2 bisa menghangatkan badan...nyam nyam deh.

Baso Goreng

Pagi ini cepet2 bawa mobil ke supermarket coz siangan dikit si papa mo pake tuh mobil buat kerja, tentu aja bawa lah buntut dua. Mei hari ini libur skulnya coz gurunya pada mo trainning..heran, np ga ambil hari sabtu aja yah trainningnya, jadi kan ga perlu liburin anak2?? hihiihi...

Kemarin2 liat baso goreng di blog Veny , jadi kepengen dah , bener2 ngiler haha. so hari ini beli da segala macam bahannya. Pulangnya langsung masak udon buat makan siang gw n anak2. Abis makan baru deh mulai perang di dapur haha, campur bahan nya, aduk, tinggal goreng, simple tapi eankkk... thx ya buat resepnyaaa...

Ini gw catetin lagi resepnya, soalnya gw bikin cuman 1/4 dari resep aslinya, soalnya rakyatnya cuman 4 orang doanggg...kalo bkin 1 resep, kapan abis nya ya?? hehe.

Bahan
150 gr daging babi cincang
130 gr udang cincang
2 bh telur
65 gr sagu
merica garam, gula sdikit
1 sdm kecap asin
Cara
Campur semua bahan, masukkan telur kocok, aduk hingga rata. Buat bulatan dengan 2 sendok, goreng dengan minyak banyak.

Hasilnya enakkk bangettt...mpe Mei nyomot trus, walaupun baru goreng...hoho...

Tool Kit

I recently sent my brother a tool kit. It was a tool kit for cooking - filled with recipes, spices, pasta, tortillas, honey, and packages of Jell-O. Yes, Jell-O, the dessert of choice for single young men, elementary school children, and housewives making molds. But aside from the Jell-O, all the items I sent were key ingredients in preparing the recipes I included. I also sent money, with the caveat that it be used to purchase meat, vegetables, and other fresh ingredients difficult to mail, and not be spent on a pair of expensive headphones.

My gifts always come with apron strings attached.

I did slip an actual tool into the tool kit - a pair of kitchen shears. Kitchen shears are invaluable for cutting the skin off of chicken or cutting stew meat into smaller cubes. If you can't afford a good sharp knife, kitchen shears are a worthy investment.

Sending the recipes and the ingredients doesn't come close to capturing the joy of actually cooking for someone, especially someone like my brother who will lavish love and attention on a plate of meat. But tossing spices into the box was akin to sprinkling them into a stew and fitting tortillas and orzo into the box was like layering a lasagna. I arranged recipes and a shopping list as though preparing the mise en place. And I sealed that package like I was canning tomatoes or preserving fig jam for the long winter ahead.

I directed my brother via tool kit to make Tacos de Carnitas, a savory, slow cooked pork with highly concentrated flavor. It's great wrapped in warm corn tortillas topped with fresh tomatoes and onions, or fresh guacamole. The trick to this recipe? Follow it. Don't second guess it. For example, don't think you need to add more salt than it calls for. Just go with it.

Tacos de Carnitas
6 servings, 2 hours cooking time

2 1/2 pounds pork butt or beef stew meat
3 cups water
1 onion, diced
3 strips orange zest
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon oregano leaves
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves or 1 whole clove
12 small corn tortillas
Toppings: tomatoes, onions, cilantro, salsa, guacamole

Chop thick fat from outside of pork butt. Cut meat into 1 inch cubes. Combine pork with water, onions, orange zest, garlic, bay leaves, red pepper flakes, cinnamon, oregano, salt and cloves in a large pot. Heat to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer. Skim any scum that forms on the surface. Simmer until meat is very soft and falling apart, adding more water if necessary to keep the meat submerged, about 1 1/2 hours.

Season with additional salt to taste. Heat to a gentle boil; cook until the water has evaporated, about 30 minutes. Cook a little longer to fry the meat slightly, watching carefully to prevent burning. Remove bay leaves and cinnamon sticks. Remove any excess fat. Pull meat apart with forks if necessary. Fold a few tablespoons of carnitas inside each tortilla. Add your choice of toppings and serve.

PR XIX ブロッコリーとパスタのキッシュ / brokoli n pasta no kissyu

Bikin PR terakhir buat penutupan tahun nih..brokoli n pasta no kissyu..caranya simple aja cuman tinggal tumis2 bahan n campurin saosnya..tambah keju biar sip. Resep originalnya bisa liat disini.

Bahannya
50 gr pasta/macaroni
1/3 bh bawang bombai, iris tipis
2 lbr becon, potong lebar 3 cm
1/3 bh brokoli, potong kuntumnya
1 sdm mentega
1/2 sdm kaldu consume
lada secukupnya

Saos
2 bh telur
40 ml susu
60 ml krim kental
nutmeg/pala secukupnya
lada secukupnya
1/2 sdm kaldu
40 gr keju

Cara
- rebus pasta n brokoli
- becon panggang di ferifan, tambah mentega, masukkan bwg bombai n brokoli
- masukkan kaldu, pasta, lada, aduk rata
- campur saos, kecuali keju
- masukkan hasil panggangan ke wadah yg dilapisi mentega, lalu masukkan saos
- taburkan keju diatasnya, lalu oven toster 15 menit.

Hasilnya kayak bikin ebi doria, enak...bau bau susu n keju...hehhe...

PR XVIII Mongolian BBQ

Hari ini menunya Mongolian BBQ yang dibikin buat PR. Resepnya bisa nyontek disini,
Bahan
200 gr daging babi/sapi, iris lebar
1 bh timun potong korek
1 bh wortel potong korek
1 bh bwg bombai iris tipis

Saos
3 siung bwg putih, cincang halus
2 cm jahe, cincang halus
1 sdt kaldu ayam
2 sdt madu
4 sdm kecap asin
1 sdm mirin
1 sdm minyak wijen
2 sdm gula

Cara
1 campur daging, timun, wortel n bwg bombai ke saos selama 2 jam ato lebih
2.panggang di pemanggang yg diolesi minyak sambil diperciki saos, diaduk hingga matang

Rasanya bener bener meresap...enak banget...rahasianya ternyata ada di saosnya...Husband bilang, jarang jarang makan timun dimasak pake daging begitu. .. oishii........kapan kapan boleh coba bikin lagi nih.. gampang, praktis n enak..

PR XVII トンカツ卵とじ Tonkatsu Tamago toji

Sekalian buat Pr sekalian buat menu malam, hari ini bikin tonkatsu tamago toji..
Resep originalnya bisa liat disini. Untuk jelasnya, nih ditulisin resepnya biar bisa nyoba
Bahan
4 potong daging babi [utk steak]
8 bh telur kocok, [ 2 bh utk 1 potong daging]
1 bh bawang bombai, iris tipis

Pelapis
1 sdm tepung trigu
1 bh telur
1 cup panir

Saos
300 ml air kaldu
3 sdm sake
2 sdm mirin
4 sdm gula
5 sdm kecap asin
Cara
- Potong pinggir daging 4-4 bagian, agar permukaan bisa rata wkt digoreng
- bubuhin pelapis, goreng mpe matang, potong2
- buat saos, masukkan bwg bombai masak mpe lunak, masukkan daging, masak
mpe bumbu meresap
- tuang kocok telur, matikan kompor segera sth telur dimasukkan, pindahkan ke piring yg brisi nasi..siap disantap

Enak banget, kuah meresap...husband suka banget...kapan2 bikin lagi katanya...hehehe

豚肉ごま揚げ/butaniku goma age

Selain menu ebi, nyoba bkin buta goma age...biasa deh, ngebrowse di inet...hehehe, ini gw catetin lagi resepnya

Bahan
100 gr daging buta/babi, potong potong
5 lbr daun kol, iris tipis

Bahan A > 1 sdm kecap, 1 sdm sake
Bahan B > 2 sdm sagu, 2 sdm terigu

Cara
- Masukkan daging dalam plastik, tambahkan bahan A, guncang2 hingga tercampur
Diamkan dalam kulkas, biar meresap
- Masukkan bahan B, guncang dlam plastik yg tadi, campur rata
- Goreng hingga berubah warna.
- Sajikan di piring yg diatasnya kol iris, masukkan daging diatasnya.
- Sajikan dengan bumbu dressing, ...menurut selera
[gw pake dressing bawang bombai, ...enak banget deh]

サツマイモ豚肉巻き/satsumaimo butaniku maki

Hari selasa kemarin, Mei ada kegiatan di skulnya, imohori, nyangkul ubi di kebun.Pulang pulang dapet deh tuh satsumaimo 4 biji...da dari kemarin minta dibikinin makanan. Yah uda, nyempetin browsing di inet, dapet resep ini...gampang.

Sebenernya mo dijadiin Pr, tadi ditolak coz kegampangan..hahhaa... gpp gw tulisin aja disini deh...
Bahan
1 bh satsumaimo/ubi merah
12 lbr daging babi, iris tipis
garam gula, sedikit
tepung secukupnya
1 sdm sake

Bumbu
mirin, gula, kecap masing2 1 sdm

Cara
1. Cuci bersih ubi. Potong 5-6 mm, masukkan dalam pring tahan panas yg brisi air, susun ubi didalamnya. Tutup dengan rape, 3^4 menit panaskan dlm microwave, tiriskan
2. Daging babi dilebarkan, taburi garam lada, tepung.
Susun ubi di dalamnya, lalu gulung
3. Panaskan minyak di ferifan, Susun no 2, bagian akhir gulungan taroh di bawah, dibalik balik mpe matang. Masukkan sake, tutup, masak dgn api kecil lalu api sedang
4. Masukkan bumbu, api kcil, masak mpe tercampur. Sajikan dlm piring.

Mie Daging ala meixiang

Pulang kursus mobil, dijemput husband, langsung ke spmket deh...beli macem2, biasa deh belanja makanan..hehehe... Siangnya kepingin banget makan mie ala indo punya...jadi nyempetin bikin deh...bumbunya diracik sendiri....hehe Bahannya cuman mie, daging giling babi [terserah sesuai keinginan]bwg bombai, minyak wijen, kecap asin, bumbu garam lada, sayur [gw pake toge n sayur ijo direbus].

Cara bikin dagingnya - bwg bombai diiris tipis2 tumis mpe wangi, masukkan daging giling - tumis mpe matang...tambahkan saos osyter, n kecap manis, garam lada secukupnya
Mienya tinggal direbus aja, sajikan di piring bersama daging n sayur, tambahkan minyak wijen, kecap asin, bumbu garam lada.

Hasilnya lumayan lah.... mei juga makan stengah porsi, husband bilang enak...hehehe. Akhirnya bisa bikin juga mie ala indo..puas deh makannya...

Saos tomat paprika isi daging

Buat ibu rt tiap hari psti bingung mikirin menu...mo makan apa hari ini? Gw juga ngalamin deh, puyeng mikir makan apaan...mmmm... Ambil lagi deh buku resep, ketemu deh saos paprika isi daging... Wah kayaknya enak, kebetulan lagi punya banyak paprika

Yah uda ubek2 di dapur deh..Daging n bwg bombai n bumbu2 dijadiin satu, aduk rata Trus masukin ke dlm paprika yg telah dibelah 2, masak di feripan... Setelah matang, tinggal masuk saos tomatnya... gampang kan??

Husband juga suka...wah bikin 10 biji, da lenyap smua...hehehe...oisii katanya... Lumayan deh, kali ini ga ada sisanya sama sekali...seneng..........
