Roll Cake Chocolate

8 Desember 2008, senin,

Mei minta dibikinin roll cake, yang isi coklat ya mama...ok, pagi sempetin bikin, sebenernya bikinnya si gampang, resep praktis cuma 3 telur aja, tapi jadi ribet coz rengekan Xiang minta digendong..walah, pusing juga deh...kalo uda dingin, ga bisa di roll tuh cake, repot, jadi nyambil gendong deh nge roll nya...jadi kacau balau, untung bisa kelar juga. Abis ngeroll, mo masukin coklat di dalam isinya, mewek lagi...wadoh, yakkkk...sapa mo bantu gendong???

Chinese Food In Suncheon


Beef in oyster sauce , dumplings with pork stir fry. This place is beautiful. The food is great. The selection is great. They have the usual Korean idea of Chinese food man du, Tang su you and black bean noodles (jajang min). It is expensive each dish is 15-20 000 won. But enough for 2 for sure.

PR XVI Ayam Masak Madu Jeruk

Pr kali ini rada rada antik, masak ayam pake orange juice n madu...gimana rasanya yak..hehe, mo tau? bisa deh nyobain resepnya...biar ga penasaran...hehehe
Bahan
100 ml orange juice
30 ml madu
1 sdt jahe parut
3 buah bawang putih cincang halus
1 sdt air lemon
1 sdt garam
1/8 sdt lada
500 gr dada ayam tanpa tulang
wijen secukupnya

pelengkap- jeruk
Cara
- masukkan semua bahan kecuali ayam n wijen ke dalam wadah, aduk rata
- masukkan ayam hingga terendam, simpan di kulkas supaya bumbu meresap
[gw bkin pagi, sore baru masaknya]
- panaskan wajan dengan minyak secukupnya, masukkan ayam, masak mpe kecoklatan ato setengah matang
- masukkan sisa bumbu, masak hingga ayam matang, matikan kompor
- angkat ayam, potong potong, lalu masukkan potongan ayam ke dalam wajan, masak lagi selama 5 menit, agar bumbu meresap
- sajikan dengan taburan wijen n jeruk

Doc Galbi The korean hamburger

The restaurant is not far from Premius.
Its a good restaurant which really is a way to tell that it is a good restaurant.
Doc Galbi is ground up pork and beef.
Don't mistake it for Dak (chicken ) Doc is spelt the same as rice cake .
Really worth trying.
