Sop Telur Rebus




Biasanya anak2 suka dengan sup yg bening dan isinya tidak terlalu banyak. Sup ini bisa disajikan utk anak2 yg sedang belajar makan sayur.

Bahan - bahan :
  • 1/4 potong ayam 
  • 1 liter air
  • wortel
  • 3 telur rebus 
  • 1 batang daun seledri & daun bawang
  • 1/2 biji bawang bombay iris tipis
  • garam, lada & pala secukupnya
Cooking directions:
  1. Ayam direbus dengan 1 liter air, daun seledri dan bawang bombay
  2. Jika air kaldunya sudah kental & berbau wangi, ambil ayamnya
  3. masukkan wortel, garam, lada & pala bila perlu tambahkan royco
  4. Jika wortel sudah masak, sajikan dengan irisan telur rebus

I think a special bravery award should go to Salma Abdelnour, who yesterday gave notice to her bosses at O magazine, where she’s food editor, that she’s quitting to be a freelancer.
That’s right, she’s leaving a job in publishing of her own free will.
So, congratulations to her and best wishes; sometimes you just have to stare right in the face of danger and leap into the chasm.
Salma was at the Beard House last night along with the rest of an A-list of food writers that included Kate Krader from Food & Wine and The Great Melissa Clark, who was there armed with pictures of her adorable five-month-old daughter, Dahlia Beatrix.
Pat Cobe from Restaurant Business was there too.
It really was an impressive gathering for the Beard House, orchestrated by the Hall Company, who represent Zaré at Fly Trap, a restaurant in San Francisco that bills itself as serving Mediterranean cuisine with Persian influence.
But some of the Persians at the Beard House last night said a lot of the food was straight-up Persian, though I'm sure the grilled Alaska king salmon with toasted fregola, chermoula and raita was not.
That fish was served with a Tempranillo wine from Rioja (a 2000 Lopez Heredia “vina bosconia.”)
We were celebrating Norooz, or Persian New Year, which is on the first day of spring.

Kufteh Tabrizi: A double Niman Ranch lamb chop, preserved lime and turmeric broth, all encased in a giant kufteh-style casing, like a giant meatball, but with bones sticking out of it, served with an Iranian version of chutney and pickled string beans

nak kate nasib malang ke? entah. these 2 days. wahlaa. mcm nak tonggeng2 rase. dahla senggugut. ye~ 1st day. pheww~ 2 hari jgk x sempat sentuh lappy langsung~ okay. lantak p la. maybe de yg cam x best but de gak bnde yg cam, ermmm...buat kan daku tersenyum. ok. yesterday and today. i spent both of my days with my TTM.

my TTM. he came to my house bout 4 in the evening. actually nak lunch 2gether but then, he got some works 2 be done. okay... then die sampai a lil bit earlier. i da sengih2 la. skali...muke die. x leh blaaa. muke yg kuciwa sgt3. tak pernah tgk die mcm tuh. cuz die nih kan happy-go-lucky. asyik nak buat jaat dkt org. then die just senyum2 kambink, n senyap. sgt senyap. u know senyap yg sampai sy sdiri senyap jgk. furrrr~~~ x ske ble situasi ini wujud. then i asked him bout what happened... he started 2 cry. guys, fine. i know my TTM is a "he" but tuh 1st time die nangis dpn2 i ok! y? sbb something really3 bad happened 2 him, and he lost everything. senang cite la, die business. n ade anak buah. n anak buah die hilangkan duit, bout a few puluhan ribu ringgit. then org atasan die tuduh die yg saje2 lesapkan duit tuh. hakikatnye anak buah die ckp kene rompak. but, i just dont believe it. sy rase anak buah die yg TELAN duit tuh. n org atasan die da hilang kepercayaan terus dkt die... i dont really know da full story yet but he said "i've lost a lot of things today..." but most important, die sdeyh sbb die org d sekeliling die hilang kepercayaan dkt die. i know my TTM mmg ramai org x ske sbb org kate die jaat. tp. sy taw. die bukan reka cite nih. die mmg, sgt sdeyh. sy taw bile die tpu dan tak. hurmmm... then die just senyap. n senyap. n senyap. n tidur n tgk tv... mlm tuh. die tdow sgt awal. yuppp...

bgn biase2 pnye awal. wahaha. x awal, x lmbt. then. terus masak. gempak x? cett...cam masak bnde ssh2 je. just masak telur dadar letak cili padi n sambal sotong. my 1st time try masak sambal sotong. diammm! sy taw org lain da terror masak masakan sesimple ituh. huhu. then... hari ni TTM da makin okay. kami lunch sesame. die pon da story sumenye dkt sy. die makin ok skit. da gelak2 blk. eheh... then mkn. sy tmbh nasik~ lalalala. die mesti la tmbh jgk. haha. tgk tv and kami mkn betik + epal dgn asam. time tuh leh lak die kutuk..."asal sambal sotong awk tuh x sedap aaa? x goreng dulu sotong tuh?" sy da..."hoi. x sedar ke diri. 1st time tuh org masak. whurrr. x sedap licin jgk makan!" hua3... fine! tp ok la die da kutuk sy blk. tandenye die dah ok mcm biase... hehe.

then. we decided to go to pasar mlm melawati. hurm. da agak lame sy x jejak kaki ke taman melawati. tp td...mcm da mati je bandar tuh. pasar mlm pon x semeriah dulu. dunno y. then otw blk ke setiawangsa, elok2 je da nak sampai petronas, tibe2 kete slow. sy pelikkk n pandang die... nape tibe2 slow lak tgh2 jln. okay. skali tibe2, x angin x ribut, enjin mati! yerr. enjin kereta mati! nak sampai umah da kot! waaaaaaaaa... terus pasang lampu hazard, n cuak sgt, terus call abah yg nun jauh d seberang laut... abah!!! enjin mati tibe2!!! waaaaaaa. abah terus call anak buah die, n suruh dtg tgk sy n kete sy. sedang sy cuak2, TTM sy kuar dr kete. n cube teka die buat ape? die tolak kete dr belakang sorang2! hahahahaha~~~ abah ckp td, kete auto x blh tolak. tp die leh tolak? n benti d tepi bus stop, so that kete tu x menganggu jln sgt. sampai je bus stop. selamat sampai umah. ke giant plak. mule2 ingt nak turun sorang since ssh nak parking. tp tah td die yg jaat berhati mulia nih tetbe ckp "x pela. kte turun skali. risau plak tgk awk nih" maybe die nmpk sy still cuak dgn peristiwa td kot. huhu. then g giant. beli black pepper sauce + susu pekat + vico. utk ape? die nak masak steak utk sy. n buat ade special drink @ milkshake i dunno. but its all 2morrow if x de pape aral mendatang. hee~ otw blk umah, bukak tingkap sebelah driver, which is mine, tingkap plak buat hal!!! tetbe tingkap tuh terkeluar dr landasan die. kirenye, x leh nak tutup plak. puas dah kte org cube,tp da lari sgt3 dr landasan die. takot lg dipakse, pecah lak cermin tuh. call abah blk n in4m ttg tuh. abah ckp esok pagi baru mechanic tuh blh ambik. so td sy lintang pukang cari plastik besar n ttp cermin tuh sbb takot hujan mlm nih...


CONCLUSION;
hari nih n semlm agak malang bg sy n TTM sy. but. its not so bad. da lepas da pon. biarlah. haha. esok masih ade. tp... esok. tah pe plak plan. since kembara sy akan di bwk ke hospital kenderaan esok pagi, tataw lg la camne nak gerak gi mane2 ke ape. mama n abah suruh bwk merc tuh...tp sumpah x berani! n TTM ade hati nak bwk kete tuh. wahahaha... tak payah! abah. cepatlah pindah kl blk. ssh abah x de. lgpon. abah je yg betol2 terror bwk merc tuh. abah ambik la merc bwk srwk. bg qila xtrail tuh letak kl... hehehehe. =D


My last Weekend April 4th

So I am leaving Korea April 10th to go to cooking school. I am going to Ballymaloe school in Cork In Ireland. I start April 20th I am going to try and keep blogging . And will probably rename the blog A food journey in Korea-Ireland-
So I am having my final weekend party in Suncheon Info here
Suggestions what I should try and eat for the next 3 weeks would be good and what to cook would also be nice . This is the Final stretch.
