Mie Goreng Hitam Cumi


Bahan - bahan :
  • 1 bungkus mie
  • 100 gr cumi basah
  • 4 siung bawang putih
  • 2 buah kemiri
  • lada secukupnya
  • garam + gula secukupnya
  • sawi hijau

Cooking directions :

  1. Haluskan bumbu bawang putih, lada dan kemiri
  2. Potong2 cumi sesuai selera
  3. Panaskan wajan, lalu tumis bumbu halus dan cumi hingga keluar tinta hitamnya
  4. Jika cumi sudah matang, masukkan mie basah kedalam wajan, beri garam dan gula serta masukkan sawi hijau, aduk2 hingga bumbu menyerap
  5. Sajikan

This is the JULY issue FILIPINAS Magazine, circulated in Daly City, California and in other parts of the United States of America and Canada. The magazine is owned by Greg Macabenta, the father of my good friend Jinx.
