Task III => 3bi DoRia

Hari libur kemaren tgl 30 Juli 2008, gue bikin pr ke-3 yang udah disepakatin bersama
Makanan ini khas dari JAPAN, tempat tinggalnya Ching, hehehe...
Ternyata enak rasanya, n sedappppp
Gue bikin ebi doria-nya ini lumayan banyak (6 porsi), karena sekalian biar pada kebagian orang rumah gue. Padahal blom tau tuh rasanya..
Tapi ternyata enak buangeeettt, n langsung habis juga nasi panggang udang-nya.
Ok juga neh resepnya ching ^_^



POTATO PURIS



Ingredients:
Potatoes: 4 big
Wheat Flour: approximately 2-3 cups (depends upon the texture of potatoes, use as much is required to knead along with the potatoes)
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder: 2 tbsp
Semolina : 3-4 tbsp


Method:
1. Slit potatoes into halves & boil until very soft.
2. Peel and mash them completely.
3. Add semolina, salt, red chilli powder and wheat flour, and knead into a not-so-soft pliable puri dough. Use as much wheat flour as required to knead the dough without adding any water.


4. Roll out into 3-4" diameter puris but they have to be rolled thicker than normal.
5. Deep fry until golden brown and serve hot with yogurt or pickle.

Organic Shabu Shabu

Shabu Shabu, alternatively spelled syabu syabu, is a Japanese culinary dish which descended from the Mongolian tradition of nabemono, or 'one pot' cooking. In traditional shabu shabu, thin slices of beef are placed in a communal pot of boiling water and swished back and forth until cooked. Vegetables such as mushrooms, cabbagewatercress and spring chrysanthemums are also boiled briefly and dipped in various sauces. Shabu shabu is similar to another nabemone dish called sukiyaki, but the sauces used in shabu shabu are not as sweet.




Individual hot pots makes this meal fun and it really is so fresh.



You get a mushroom soup, pea nut sauce, a soya sauce mixture and a juice with some gold pieces in it .


After dipping the beef and vegetables, they cook some noodles in the water. After this they take the water now very little and the pumpkin and make fried rice.
12000 won per person a really nice meal.
