eh, awak... :)

*HASIL NUKILAN INI DTG SECARA TIBA-TIBA*
ditulis secara rawak, tiada kaitan dgn yg hidup atau mati :P

eh, awak... :)

lama kita tak jumpa. awak rindu sy?
jgn risau, tipulah sy tak rindu awak. mulut sy diam, hati sy meronta.

eh awak,

tiap-tiap saat yg berlalu, sy hitung utk jumpa awak.
walaupun kadang-kadang mengingati awak itu -- SEPI.

eh awak,

awak nampak lain. mungkin awak makin matang. oh, suka sy tgk awak!
tapi awak masih sama macam dulu,
suka berahsia di sebalik mata awak yg redup.

eh awak,

siapa tu? dalam hati awak? mungkin... dah ada org lain dlm hati awak.
dah bertahun bukan. sy doakan awak bahagia. ikhlas awak =)

eh awak,

sy pun, macam awak, dah jumpa seseorang yang membahagiakan sy.
tempat dia istimewa di hati, tapi awak tak pernah lekang di fikiran.

eh awak,

sy cuma... nak ucapkan terima kasih sbb masih menghormati memori kita.
dan sy bersyukur, awak pernah muncul dlm hidup sy...
sebab, sekurangnya sy tahu, awk pernah buat sy tersenyum dulu.
dan sekurangnya sy jg tahu, sy dah jumpa orang yg tepat sekarang.

cuma, harap awak tak pernah lupa sy.
mcm sy yg selalu doakan kebahagiaan & kejayaan awak.

awak... yang bernama KENANGAN.

Indonesian Style Pancakes with Apple (Serabi Apel)

Serabi Apel

150 gram flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
200 ml coconut milk, light
100 ml water

Sauce

250 ml coconut milk, light
50 g coconut sugar
1 teaspoon sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 pandan leaf
2 bananas, peeled and sliced

or

2 apples, sliced

Mix the coconut milk, water, salt and egg together.

Add the sifted flour and baking powder and mix through the wet ingredients. Set aside while you make the sauce.

Place all the ingredients except the fruit into a pan and heat until the palm sugar is melted. Add the sliced fruit and cook for about 5 minutes.

Heat a fry pan and spray with oil. Traditionally serabi is made small, about 2 tbsp of batter per cake but you can make them larger. Cook like a pancake but on LOW HEAT and cook on 1 side only, do not turn the cake.

The top should be covered in little holes.

Remove from heat. To serve spoon some sauce into a shallow bowl and then place the serabi on top so they float.
