1. rase mcm malu + lawak je, masuk2 je mrsm form 4 dulu, seminggu je masuk terus exam. tak ke macam menggelabah? bnyk gileee x belajar. ok, yg rase malu... sgt3. adelah... sy SEORG saje yg REPEAT subj BAHASA MELAYU dlm the whole maktab tuh time form 4. y? sbb karangan tersalah format n dpt keseluruhan markah 60++ x silap. maktab target 80 ke camtuh tuk BM. ok... sumpah malu weyh kene repeat BM~!!! uhuuu~ T_T

2. macam x ingt dah bertapa gemuknyaaa + pendeknyaaa sy time skola rendah start dr drjh 4 - form 1. sbb, baju sy yg DARJAH 5 boleh pakai lg sekarang. 9 years? hahahahaha...

3. rase macam takut + lawak sgt3 je wkt drjh 1-2 camtuh, time duduk sg besi, kene kejar dgn babi hutan keliling rumah. kurang asam jaweeeeeee pnye babi. buat BBQ baru taw~!

4. cam lawak + nakal jgk ble wkt kecik2 naik kereta kancil... sy ckp dkt mama & abah

5. rase cam syukur, sbb time drjh 1 -2, balik dr skola, sy terus duduk atas sofa rumah. tp nmpk mama kaget. rupenye, ade ular yg berbisa btol2 dkt belakang sy, kalau sy pusing je belakang mesti kene patuk... mama just ckp. "aqilah. cpt lari dr sofa" sy lari x pandang belakang... kalau tak, mesti sy x hidup da kan?

6. rase lawak gileee... darjah 2 da jd pengawas? hahahaha... nak mrh budak drjh 1 ape barang?

7. darjah 1 - 2 dah masuk tae kwan do. lepas tu menangis2 sbb kene marah... hahahahaha.

8. form 3. dating dgn scandal dkt kuantan... lepas tuh duk cabar2 suruh tumbuk die. dpn kwn2 plak tu. sabar je lg... then nak jln kaki blk umah da, die cabar lg. ha ambik kaw~! kene tumbuk tepat dkt perut. and tak sangka, die hampir menangis... even die laki yg senior 2 thn dr sy. ahahaha... padan muke~! XD

9. ingt lg form 2, time mule main2 mate dgn 1st love. cam lawakkk je ble time agame, kte org gabung kelas. die 2A, sy 2c. boleh plak time gabung kelas, duk tgk die, gelak2... pastuu dating pon senyap2... 1st time terkena hujung jari masing2 wkt kasi card x silap, xyah ckp gelabah camne... hahahaha XD

10. darjah 3. pindah sarawak... bulan puasa. sy wkt tu, cuma tahu ada 3 bangsa dkt malaysia. Malay + chinese + india. tp...tgk kawan2 MACAM muka melayu, ramai x puasa. sy pun ckp la "awk...asal awk2 semua tak puase?" skali mereka ckp, mereka non-muslim. time tu la baru taw ade msyrkt iban, kadazan, bidayuh, melanau, etc. wahahaha...ceteknya ilmu pengetahuan.

11. darjah 4. cam poyo2 je rase n pk blk... bile da start gadow2 sbb slh fhm same kwn. haha... itu rampas kawan lah, ini ckp belakang lah, itu ngumpat lah. padahal...masing2 ckp n pk pon x btol lg. ahaha...

12. umur dah 20... tp, masih lg fobia naik motor. yup~! sy FOBIA. sbb wkt darjah 2, kak long [cousin] sy accident sbb nak elak sy. n sy pernah jatuh motor & terkena ekzos. [btol x eja tah...] ok. sbb tuh, da 8 tahun x naik motor. hahahahaha...

13. cam ape je ble ingt balik... lawak je. time tadika, sy MESTI x menang pnye la lumba lari ke ape. hahahaha... cube teka ape sy menang??? fashion show + lumba minum air + lumba mkn apple je~!!! wakakakaka....

14. sy ni penggeli orgnye. kalau pergi mane2, mesti nak memilih time kecik2. esp toilet. blk kmpg pon, sy akan ckp toilet nenek sy yg sedikit usang as 'busyukkk' sambil buat muka. mama terpakse ambil spray wangi spya sy mandi, yak2 & etc. sbb tu zaman skola rendah pon x pernah gi toilet skola...busyukkkkk!!! penyudahnya...? selalu sampai umah je dr skola, x sempat buat ape2 pon terus lari masuk toilet...akibat tahan kencing. hahahahaha. XD

15. cam x boleh blaaa... zaman skola dlu. time ade scandal dgn mizi, sy nak panggil mizan... "mizan! mizan! mizan!" pekak btol...pdhal blakang sy je. last2 TERpanggil "mizi~!!!" hahahaha... mizi tuh f5, sy f3. terus d whole class pndng sy n gelak kaw2 pnye...siap kene perli. "nak angau agak2 arr..." wahahahah.... malu weyh~!

16. ingt lg, time drjh 4 camtuh. jiran sy dkt srwk, fairol + azreen. adek beradek. skrng fairol dah 22. azreen 21. [mereka SGT HANDSOME skrng] azreen tuition sesame utk BI. skali ade tuh azreen x dtg, sy pun g umah die utk kasi notes. kebetulan pintu umah terbuka sbb ayah die jmpe kwn. sy pun masuk n cari mereka d ruang tamu. taw ape mereka tgh buat? 2-2 tuh tgh korek hidung baik pnyeee... hahahahaha. sampai x perasan sy yg besar gajah tercegat dkt situ~! XD

17. time mula2 msk mrsm... rase cam TERKEJUT gile sbb tgk pinggan dkt dewan makan die besar. btol, besarrr sgt. lepas tuh kalo masak ikan pon besarrr gile ikan die. tp, lame2, tak rase ape dah. rase biase je. wahahaha...

18. wkt kecik2, pelat nak sebut R. tp, x dela kritikal sampai R tu jd W. hahaha...last2, drjh 6 baru berjaya hilangkan pelat dgn mempraktikkan " lari! lari! lori lari!" hahahaha...

19. kema [cousin] pnye ayat fav wkt kecik kalau die merajuk... "kte x nak kawan dgn awk! xnak kwn!" dgn gaya x leh blaaa... hahahaha. sampai skrng kene ejek lg~ =P

20. sampai skrng pun...dgn cousin2, ade gelaran masing2. sy? kak lisa ske panggil sy "TOT'". tataw nape... kema? "kak cik / bebek". ayie? ngeh2... sensitive skit. berunsur perkauman. hoho. faris? "ayih / aih". dtg drpd mane 'aih' tuh? dulu...wkt kecik faris ske minum milo ais. tp x reti sebut. sebut milo aih! so...jd la sampai skrng "aih". ahah... XD

Ban the buzz?

Caffeine-containing alcoholic beverages (or mixes - i.e. Red Bull and vodka) are under fire. The state attorney general and health-advocacy groups are seeking federal government support in regulating caffeinated alcoholic drinks. These beverages are a fast-growing product line popular among younger partakers [1].

Some proponents of regulating these beverages call for an all-out ban. Others advocate for warning labels advertising the potential health and safety risks of mixing caffeine and alcohol [1]. I certainly didn't think much of my Sugar-Free Sparks back in college! MillerCoors LLC has agreed to remove caffeine, guarana, and other stimulants from their products (i.e. Sparks) as of last year. Anheuser-Busch has done the same. Other companies, however, are seizing such markets with their similar products.These companies include Four Loko and Joose, and are currently under investigation by several attorneys general, The Wall Street Journal reported in July 2009 [1].

Why such the fuss? Most importantly, the mixture of caffeine and other stimulants may mask the feeling of drunkenness which can lead to reckless behaviors. Is this really a public concern? Probably ought to be. Sales of one brand of caffeine-containing alcohol, Four Loko and sister brand Four Maxed rose in sales by 2,680% over the past year [1].

A Wake Forest University study published in 2008 found that 24% of college students consuming alcohol in a given month were doing so by mixing with caffeinated beverages. Those that did mix alcohol with caffeinated beverages were more likely than those who did not drink alcohol mixed with caffeine to experience negative consequences, such as alcohol-related injury, getting into a car with a drunk driver, or being taking advantage of sexually [1].

But how MUCH caffeine are in these products? Because the companies are not required to list the amount of caffeine in the products, most of them to not list the content. Rich Brest, a 36-year-old JETT drinker, says that putting the amount of caffeine on the label is a "no brainer." However, he explains that putting a warning label pointing to product risks seems no more feasible than including a label on all alcohol explaining, "the only thing that can sober you up is time, not caffeine, not a shower. [1]"

What does the FDA say? According to their website, the FDA permits 200 parts per million of caffeine in alcoholic drinks -- the same amount permitted in soft drinks. The FDA is currently performing further research on caffeine and alcohol, says Mitchell Cheeseman, deputy director of the FDA's office of food-additive safety [1].

Some things before holidays...

Finally, it's the day! I'm going on holiday today, I need it; I'm very tired of working almost everyday (mornings and evenings) and I feel that I need a rest.

But before leaving, I want to show you the Opera Cafe.

The Opera Cafe is the place where we normally take a coffee when we go out in the evening. It's an small place in the twon center that contains some cool and vintage stuff on its walls and where you can take a nice coffee and eat some cute cakes.

Well, today I'm leaving Algeciras just to travel into Barcelona; and tomorrow night we're travelling to Budapest; we're going to the Sziget Festival, and I must say that the main reason for me is just for seeing this band that I love: Maxïmo Park.


I love their work since their first album, but I couldn't see them before in concert... I'm so happy about this!
By the way, I'll meet there a girl called Nim; I met her in Flickr just because she commented at my Killers' album; she was at Lisbon too... and she's from Budapest! So we're meeting there, at Sziget Festival.

Tomorrow morning I'm meeting some of my friends at Barcelona, sweet Laia (the lovely author of Let Me Feel Like a Doll) and I are doing some shopping and then we're having lunch with the rest of the girls; that would be very nice!
