Swede Sensations

Firstly, thanks for all your great comments and messages. It’s great to know that people are reading and it seems that the pheasant story struck a chord with you, which I’m really pleased about. Secondly, I’m off to my motherland for a few days to spend some quality time in Stockholm hopefully imbibing vast quantities of schnapps and herring so won’t be posting for a few days. I shall return shortly with tales of Nordic cuisine, culture, coffee and cakes. And the final part of the Pheasant trilogy, of course.

Siang siang, mei minta dibikinin donat, ya uda bikin deh tuh pake mesin home bakery buat cmpur adonannya...

Resepnya gw tulis disini, supaya yg lain bisa pada coba...[15 - 20 bh]
air 140 ml
telor 1 /2 buah
tepung roti 280 gr
gula 3 1/2 sendok
garam 1 sendok kecil
mentega 40 gr
susu 1 sendok
fermifan 2 sendok kecil
waktu ngembang 45 menit

Semua bahan tinggal dimasukin ke mesin ...tinggal nunggu jadi..., dibentuk bulet2 deh ...trus ditutup kain selama 15 mnit buat ngembang.
Siapkan wajan berserta minyak panas....donat diberi lubang dimasukan ke dlm wajan, goreng mpe kecoklatan, angkat..
Toppingnya terserah keinginan anda deh....
