100 days with Mr. Arrogant (Korean Movie)

Today is Friday (of course it attached in top, hihi). As always my class start on 2.30 pm, so i have long time to spend on my addiction, INTERNET!! XD. After made my breakfast (but i think its brunch), the hashbrown, 'martabak mie', and milk. Then i browse crazydrama.net. I found this movie! 100 days with Mr. Arrogant! :) Well after i read the synopsis on wiki and look quite interesting, so i decide to watch it online!

After being dumped by her boyfriend just before their 100 day anniversary, Ha-Young (Ha Ji-Won) meets a college guy named Hyung-Joon when she accidentally kicks a can that hits him in the face and causes him to scratch his Lexus. He demands she pay him $3000 on the spot. She escapes from him, leaving her wallet behind.
Hyung-Joon stalks her, demanding money to pay for his car. Since she is a poor high school student Hyung-Joon writes up a "Enslavement Agreement" for Ha-Young in order to pay for the damage to his car. Ha-Young is thrown into a nightmarish slave life for 100 days, cleaning his house, running his errands, doing his homework and cleaning his car.
By accident she finds out that the damage to Hyung-Joon's car only costs $10! She then takes her revenge. However, before she knows it Hyung-Joon shows up at her house as her new tutor! He once again takes advantage of her, but soon Ha-Young finds herself falling head over heels for Hyung-Joon. But what happens when he drops out of her life just when she needs him most?

This 100minutes movie is quite good and romantic, especially for those girls who sit in highschool. Who dream their 'princess' exaggeratedly. Hehe (like i never did before, huahahaha)
Well, u know asian drama always show their romanticious! XD

dendang si denting waktu

Tik. Tok. Tik. Tok.
Denting-denting jarum memenggal sunyi
Gelisah menggulirkan desah dengan decak
Resah.

Rambut helai per helai mulai menyisipi di balik ikatannya
Bersembunyi dibalik terpaan nakal
Angin berhembus membelah jengah

Barney Butter Giveaway

The giveaway ends tomorrow, so I had to make another post! Go see Gina here and enter this awesome giveaway!

Ta-ta again!!!

Fiesta con NUTRITION!

Wow! I was expecting a good turn-out for the giveaway...but the response has far exceeded my expectations! Thank you to my new followers...I look forward to hearing from you and reading your work, as well!

If you look to the right there you'll see my newest poll is asking about your preferred housing for your taco stuffing! This past week I made tacos and came across several options on hand in our house. While I typically go for a corn tortilla, I hate how small they are and how easily they rip. So, I opted for some hard shells you'll see below. I then, of course, got to comparing the nutrition on these taco shells and may have had a change of heart...
I just may be a hard shell chick.

So, let's compare...

Serving size is 1 tortilla.
130 calories, 3 grams of fat (1.5 saturated), 3 grams of fiber, 290 mg sodium

First word on the list of ingredients: "enriched" -- BLASPHEMY!!! And looking at that list, there's TONS of 8-syllable words on there (that's my way of saying "there's way too many preservatives")

Choice 2: Old El Paso hard taco shells
My Pick of the week!

A MUCH abbreviated list of ingredients and a single preservative
(can't escape them all, but glad to see it's limited....)

First note: the serving size is THREE shells.
150 calories, 7 grams of fat (3 g saturated -- 3 grams MUFA!), 135 mg sodium, 1 gram of fiber.

I love the healthy fat (despite the higher saturated fat), and I love that the sodium is low!!'

Choice 3: Mission Yellow Corn tortillas

Serving size is 2 tortillas
110 calories, 1.5 grams of fat (no saturated fat), 10 mg sodium, 3 grams of fiber

So, which taco shell would you choose at my house?

I think the corn tortillas are the most wholesome. I love the fact that they are SOOOO low in sodium, a good source of fiber, and contain NO saturated fat! However, they're too flimsy for me! The ones at restaurants are always better than those in the stores...

C'est la vie that the healthiest option is not my favorite...but I DO think that the Old El Paso hard shells are a GREAT option for tacos shells. I love that the shells are low in sodium and have more than half the fat coming from MUFA's and PUFA's. For a 3-shell serving, they're also the lowest in carbohydrates (important for diabetics!).

The Mission Life Balance are a good source of fiber but higher in calories. They're also packed with preservatives and the main ingredient is enriched bleached wheat flour (noooo!).

In short: soft shell corn, hard shell corn, and last...flour.

Have a wonderful Thursday and check back for the winner of the giveaway tomorrow!!

Cranberry Jelly with Caramel Pudding

Hi Mates! Whadaya doin' this arvo?

Maybe you should try something different. Something to tease your partner. Something that they will crave from now on. My suggestion is so sinful and seductive. A devilicious dessert that will surely brings out the tiger roar in your partner or the person you will have this one tasted. I sent this recipe on the Valentine's video I did last year for Jamie Oliver's contest. And the video won. Last Halloween I had my chance to repeat this sinful recipe. It's so hard to find some ingredients here in Saigon but I was able to do some alternatives. This will surely delight you and will satisfy your craving. So why don't you bring out your apron and start whipping this amazing dessert!

Ingredients:

• Fresh Cranberry extract or Cranberry Juice
• Plain Jello
• Egg yolks
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• Caramel syrup
• Jello Caramel Pudding Mix
• Cinnamon
• Sugar

Procedure:

Prepare the cranberry extract. Boil water then add the cranberry. Add a little sugar. Mix the plain gelatin in cold water according to the instruction on the label. Add it to the boiling cranberry. Stir for few minutes until it thickens a bit. Bring out some Martini or wine glass or even water goblet, pour the cooked cranberry gelatin. Have it cool until it's hard enough for the caramel pudding topping.

Get the Jello Caramel Pudding mix. Mix according to the instruction at the back of the label. Boil a little water then add the Caramel pudding mix. Stir carefully then add the beaten egg yolks. Scoop some vanilla ice cream then add caramel syrup. Continue stirring until it thicken. Pinch some cinnamon powder. Taste if the sweetness is good enough-- if not, feel free to add sugar. Then it's ready. Top it on the cooled Cranberry gelatin that was placed on wine class or martini glass. This is sooo good, I must say!

Hope you enjoy it sinners! :-)

This series of cybershoot was just really good. Yha thought my digital camera now (Samsung S760) have problem with low light-capture. Its always B.L.U.R! the only thing i want is swap the pic in low-light naturally!

Firstly i thought i want to purchase SLR camera (the biggy black) because the pic's result was nice. But its just too big an damn heavy! I need camera that i can bring everywere conveniently and another my stupid reason is i want PINK thing =D !! It is so impossible to get pink SLR camera (what the fcuk??)
But now i found all of my dream features in this camera! =D

1/3 The Artist Chef Manila

This is part one of the last three customers I had back in Manila. I have to post them first before I finally post the very first Artist Chef here in Saigon. These photos are overdue already. I just procrastinates very often that's why this has been delayed for the longest time. My apologies. I have so many preoccupations and many stuff I have to do with work and all the other things I am busy with lately. Don't worry two more to go then everything is set for The Artist Chef Global. I am also getting ready for my new business card with my new theme design of aqua blue.

Btw guys, If someone knows the names of this couple do email me or post a comment. I forgot their names already and since I didn't bring my notebook where all the names of my customers were written, I can't acknowledge or give them my thank you. I'd be grateful for any help given.

Cảm On tất cả mọi người!!!
