Firefighters rescue woman with hand stuck in ATM

Firefighters had to free a woman who got her hand stuck in an ATM at the First Commonwealth Bank in Robinson Township, Allegheny County.

Erica Williams, of McDonald, told police that she tried to get money out but only got a receipt and her fingers got caught in the rollers, trapping her hand.

Moon Run firefighters responded and had to break open the machine using a special piece of equipment to free her.

First Commonwealth Bank released a statement saying, "As a community bank, First Commonwealth's primary concern is to provide a safe, convenient banking experience for our clients. We understand that the recent injury was a minor one and we are grateful that our client is OK."
