- 2 cup flour
- 1 cup water
- 2-3 Potatoes (boiled and mashed)
- 1 / 4 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- 1 / 4 teaspoon salt
- Oil / ghee
How to make aloo paratha:
- Mix water and flour and knead it to make a soft dough.
- Let the dough for about half an hour.
- Meanwhile, add salt, chili powder, chaat masala to the potatoes and mix well.
- Now roll out small balls of dough.
- Put some oil in the middle and then put some stuffing mix.
- Draw the edges towards the center to cover the mixture.
- Press the resulting dough gently and dust with flour. Area the size of the roti.
- Place the paratha on a preheated griddle.
- After a time the back of the paratha. Do it when golden brown spots appear on the first page.
- Sprinkle a little oil, then turn left.
- Sprinkle drops of oil on the other side too. Boil until it is finished.
- Hot paratha is ready. Serve with chutney or tomato ketchup.
