Happy Birthday Ash!

5.28.11 : 148/365

You got to see pictures of J's 30th birthday celebrations recently, and now here are some for Ash's twenty-something birthday celebrations at our place...

Yeah, we had Raclette... we're cheese fans, what? :)

Happy birthday (again) Ash! I hope it was everything you hoped for!

Flowers II

5.23.11 : 143/365

Here's my lilac making a go at it. This is it's second year, as it was a housewarming gift from my parent's last spring, and it's doing incredibly well. It has at least doubled in size, beautiful!

A few more garden shots. You probably already know this but I'll tell you anyway; I didn't start any of these from seeds on my own, we all know how the herbs turned out!

Ohhh Shiny!

5.13.11 : 133/365

We decided to finally replace our old, less than 'good' bbq with a new, shiny one! (Wait until you see it in action!)

This was a very exciting purchase for us as it's no secret that we love our B. B. Q.!!

I also paint!

I paint, but not your traditional art. As a graphic designer you can imagine how in love I am with graphics...I wanted to paint them to hang on my walls. You'll have to forgive the low quality of the photos, I'm not really good at taking pictures. Some of the images I designed in Illustrator. I printed them, and used a projector on the wood and painted them. Others I just free-hand drew. Anyway, I'm addicted to doing this it's so much fun. Enjoy!
