Ingredients:

  • 1 kg small pieces of chicken

Ingredients:

  • Mixed Vegetables (potatoes, peas can be added) to taste
  • Green chilli
  • Masala
  • Salt



How to make vegetable puffs:

  • Cook a vegetable mix with potatoes, peas, green chillies and lots of Masala. Check for salt before you poke the dough roll.
  • Thaw roll for about 10 minutes before unfolding.
  • After the dough roll has thawed, open it on a flat surface and roll it with a pin to make it a little thinner. Pastry sheet would now be about 12 "x 12 ".
  • Cut the sheet into 6 pieces.
  • Place about 2-3 tablespoons of cooked vegetables on a sheet of paper and fold it around it. Seal all the corners, by pressing the sheets together and using some water.

For the paneer Tikka

  • Combine yogurt, soonth, chili powder, Kasuri Methi, garam masala, flour, coriander, salt and 1 tablespoon oil and mix well to prepare a marinade.
  • Add paneer pieces to it, mix gently and keep aside to marinate for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick tava (griddle) and fry paneer tikka on all sides until lightly browned (about 4 to 5 minutes). Keep aside.

How to proceed?

  • Boil a vessel full of water and place the tomatoes in it for a minute.
  • Remove, de-skin and de-seed the tomatoes. Chop finely and keep aside.
  • Shake the coriander seeds and red chillies lightly and grind into powder. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add cabbage and green chilli and saute for some time.
  • Add tomatoes and dry ginger powder and fry until oil separates from the mixture.
  • Add the red chillies, coriander powder, tomato sauce and dried fenugreek leaves and sauté.
  • Mix milk and cornstarch together and add to sauce. Mix well.
  • Add the paneer tikka and peas and heat for a while.
  • Serve hot garnished with coriander.

Vegan French Toast Recipe

It was a tough recipe to me to be perfect, but now it's one of my favorite healthy breakfast. Traditional French toast is made by taking thick slabs of white bread and dip them in a sweet egg mixture and frying. It's the same technique, but instead of eggs, I use flaxseed in place of milk, I use almond or soy milk (I prefer almonds) and instead of starchy white bread, I use what is called sprouted grain bread. Available in the freezer box, your grocery store, the bread made with whole grains are allowed to germinate.

Did you know that sprouted grain bread is often referred to as fluoro less because of the way corn is processed, so many people to believe they are gluten free. This is not the case. They contain wheat and gluten is often added for texture, so they are not suitable for a gluten free diet.



Ingredients:


  • 4 slices of sprouted grain bread that Ezekiel thawed ground
  • 3 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 / 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup almond or soy milk
  • Butter for frying

Directions:


Whisk the flaxseed and water in a bowl. Add milk and seasonings and continue whisking until combined. Heat a nonstick pan or thank, add butter. Dip each slice of bread in linen blend (do not soak your bread itself), fry each side until golden brown. Serve with extra butter and syrup

Ingredients

How to Make Almond Burfi Recipe

Ingredients

Method
  • Soak almonds in boiling water for 5 minutes.

  • Add the ghee and saffron and cook till it forms a ball and comes clean.
  • Spread the mixture on a greased cookie sheet and put a cling wrap on top of it and roll it with a rolling pin to spread
  • Decorate with silver warq.
  • Cut to desired shapes.
