Ingredients:
Atta ......... 1 cup
Maida......1/2 cup
Ajwain .... 1/2 tsp.
Haldi ....1/4 tsp.
Yogurt ...for kneading
Salt to taste
Asafoetida ... a pinch
Ghee
Kasoori Methi or fresh methi (saute with ginger-garlic-green chilli paste)
Method:
1. Knead dough with all above ingredients with yogurt adding a little water and keep for 1-2 hrs.
2. Make parathas in pure ghee.
