巻き寿司。手巻き寿司ーmaki zushi n temaki zushi

Ngintip blog nya si ibu Liza, jd ngiler pengen bikin sushi...hehe, die uda ahli bikin jadi bisa macem2 modelnya..cantik....hehehe
gw yg baru pemula, ga bs kyk gitu.....aplgi wkt ptama bkin lho kok isinya malah ke pinggir semua??
so nanya lagi deh ke si ibu...dikasih tip2nya, nyoba bikin lagi...
akhirnya ..........jadi dehhhhhhhh
lumyan kan buat pemula???

Waktu smggu lalu ke toko buku ngintip buku buat sushi ini, gileee deh byk macemnya...ternyata tengahnya itu isinya bisa dibentuk mcm2...cth bentuk hati, bintang, ato muka binantang...dari klinci lucu mpe gajah....ato gambar kartun..lucu2 deh...
Kapan ya bisa bikin bentuk kayak gitu...hehehe

Pagi2 sempet chat ma temen, trus omong2 soal pastel, jd kpingin bikin deh...dulu si pnh bkin sekali, isi bihun...trus lama ga pnh bkin2 lagi....kali ini isi sayuran aja deh....
Dulu pernah diajarin ma ini temen, tapi pas mo buat sndiri kok susah ya? bkin kulitnya n ngebentuknya....lumyan perlu wkt n sabarrrr....

Gimana ya cara ngebentuknya biar maniz diliat??? hehehe, ajarin lagi donk...
Gw bikin ancur bentuknya...tapi isinya lumyan enak....Mei aja mpe makan 5 biji...walah....malah bilang besok bikin lagi ya mama....wah seneng si anak bilang gitu...
tapi bikinnya ituuuuu wa awaaa....rumittt...maklumlah pemula....

Enak kalo dicocol cabe ya.......

ミルク餅--mochi susu

Hari ini oyatsu -- bkin mochi susu...Mei suka si...yang mochi2 gitu...pulang skul...panas2 gini enaknya mkn yg dingin2....jadi deh dikluarin tu mochi
enakkkkkkkk..pk bumbu kacang....g jg suka ...emak n anak sama2 suka yg manis2...kata org biar tambah manizzz...asal jgn kena kncing manis hehhee...

Gampang deh bahannya, cuman susu n sagu, gula...dicampur jd satu, masak di api kecil, tambah vanila sdikit...udahannya taroh di piring, dinginkan, kl mo makan, pake bumbu kacang gitu aja
sedappppppp....
Masukan di kulkas biar dingin, jadi lebih sip makannya....

Strawberry, Watermelon and Papaya Smoothie


There's nothing better than a simple smoothie after a long hot day!

Serves 2-3

Ingredients:
1 cup of ice
1 cup of frozen watermelon
1 cup of frozen papaya
1 cup of fresh strawberries
1 6oz fat free vanilla yogurt

Put all the ingredients in a smoothie maker or a mixer, once everything is pureed together, pour into glasses and voila!
