ROCKY ROAD FUDGE RECIPE - Valentines Delicious Recipe


Ingredients
1-1/2 cups sugar
2 cups miniature marshmallows, divided
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate pieces
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 (10 to 12 ounce) can mixed nuts
How To Prepare ROCKY ROAD FUDGE
In 2-quart glass measure, microwave sugar, 1 cup marshmallows, evaporated milk, and margarine on High for 4-1/2 to 6 minutes until marshmallows are melted, stirring once during cooking. Stir; cook for another 1-1/2 minutes.
Stir in chocolate and vanilla until smooth. Fold in nuts and remaining marshmallows.
Spread in foil-lined 8x8-inch baking pan.
Refrigerate until firm. Cut into 24 pieces.
This is a microwave recipe.

BLACK AND WHITE CHOCLATE FONDUE RECIEPE - Valentines Special Recipes


Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) whipping cream
10 oz (280 g). semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) Grand Marnier, Kahlua or other liqueur
2 oz (56 g). white chocolate, chopped
things to dip: fresh strawberries, sliced bananas, orange segments, cubed pound or sponge cake, biscotti, cookies
How to Prepare:
Pour the whipping cream into a small saucepan and place over medium heat.
Bring cream just to a simmer, then remove from heat. Add the semisweet chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted and smooth. Stir in the liqueur.
Transfer mixture to a small ceramic fondue pot over a tea light candle.
Sprinkle the chopped white chocolate over the dark chocolate mixture, let stand for a minute or two to allow it to melt, then gently run a spoon through two or three times, just until marbled.
Serve with an assortment of fresh fruit and chunks of cake for dipping.
Servings: Makes about 4 servings

BROWNIE PIE RECIPE - Valentines free Recipes


Ingredients
1 (20 ounce) package chocolate brownie mix with pecans
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup milk
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/4 cup shaved semisweet chocolate, for garnish (optional)
How to Prepare Brownie Pie:
Make brownies in a 9x13 inch pan according to package directions. Bake and cool.
In a small bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Whisk until smooth. Allow to set up 5 minutes, then spread over cooled brownies. Spread whipped topping over pudding layer. Garnish with shaved chocolate and crushed chocolate wafers immediately before serving. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
Preparation Time: 20 min.
Cooking Time: 25 min.
Ready In: 1 hour 15 min.
Servings: 12

CHOCLATE CANDY HEARTS RECIPE - Valentines Day Recipes


INGREDIENTS
Plastic heart-shaped candy mold
Red, white and cocoa colored candy melts
Sandwich bags (zipper, not pleated)
Scissors
Spoon
Wax paper
Plate
Wooden skewer or clean craft paint brush
RECIPE FOR VALENTINES DAY CHOCLATE CANDY HEARTS
Put a handful of candy melts into an open zipper sandwich bag.
Microwave candy in bag for 30-40 seconds or until melted.
Cut one corner of the bag with scissors to squeeze melted candy through.Caution: Bag may be hot, so use paper towel or a pot holder to handle it.
Gently squeeze chocolate out of bag and into the molds.
Tap the side of the mold tray to knock out any air bubbles and flatten chocolate.
Place in refrigerator until set.
Pop out of molds and serve.
DECORATION
Polka dots - Use the flat end of a wooden skewer or a clean craft paint brush to dip into melted chocolate. Dot onto molds, then refrigerate. Remove mold from refrigerator when solid, then add contrasting color according to directions above.
Drizzles - Use a spoon to drizzle melted chocolate across the molds by sweeping a spoon back and forth and allowing chocolate to fall in streams. Refrigerate until solid. Add contrasting color according to directions above.
3D Drizzles - Use the spoon method above, however this time drizzle the chocolate over solid candy that you have already made and let set, rather than drizzling into the molds.

RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE DIPPED STRAWBERRIES - Valentine Recipe


Ingredients:

1 pint Strawberries(washed and patted dry).
1 oz Semi sweet chocolate.
1 ½ tablespoon of Butter.
1 tablespoon of Corn syrup.
1 tablespoon of Rum (optional).

Preparation Instructions:

1. Over hot, not boiling water, mix chocolate, butter, corn syrup and rum in a bowl.
2. Heat until chocolate is fully melted, keep stirring mixture until smooth. Remove from heat.
3. Cover about 2/3 of each strawberry by dipping it in the chocolate. Allow excess chocolate to drip off over the bowl.
4. Place each strawberry on waxed paper to allow the chocolate to harden. When cooled, refrigerate for about 20 minutes.

CHAMPAGNE SHRIMP AND PASTA RECIPE- Valnetines Recipe


Ingredients:

8 oz of angel hair pasta.
1 lb of shrimp, peeled and deveined.
2 cups of Champagne.
1 cup of fresh mushrooms, sliced.
1 cup of heavy cream.
3 tablespoons of fresh parsley, chopped.
2 tablespoons of minced shallots.
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
¼ teaspoon of salt.
Freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Salt and pepper, to taste.

Preparation Instructions:

Cook the pasta as directed on its packaging; then drain afterwards.

White the pasta is cooking, heat the extra virgin oil over medium-high heat in a large frying pan.

Cook the mushrooms in the olive oil until tender; then remove and set aside.

Combine the shrimp, Champagne and salt in the pan, then cook over high heat. When the liquid starts to boil, remove the shrimp, then add the shallots. Boil for 8 minutes (until reduced to about half a cup).

Stir in ¾ cup of cream and boil for 2 minutes.

Add the shrimp and the mushrooms to sauce, heating through.

Add salt and pepper.

Toss the hot, cooked pasta with the remaining ¼ cup of cream and the freshly chopped parsley.

Spoon the shrimp with sauce over pasta, and top with Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients:

DRESSING.
1 tablespoon of finely-chopped shallots.
¼ teaspoon of fresh-chopped ginger.
¼ teaspoon of salt.
½ teaspoon of sugar.
1 tablespoon of burgundy.
2 tablespoons of raspberry vinegar.
4 tablespoons of olive oil.
¼ cup of sundried cranberries.
freshly-ground black pepper to taste.


SALAD..
1 heart Romaine lettuce.
1 heart Bibb lettuce.
½ head radicchio.
3 artichoke hearts quartered.
8 thin slices heart of palm (about ¼ inch).
¼ cup of raspberries.
4 strawberries, sliced lengthwise heart shaped.
1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts.

Preparation Instructions:

To prepare the dressing:
1. Mix the shallots, ginger, salt, sugar, burgundy, vinegar and cranberries. Let stand in refrigerator for at least one hour.
2. Add oil gradually whilst whisking together.


To prepare the salad:
1. Break up Romaine and Bibb lettuce into a bowl. Cut the radicchio into bite-size pieces and toss with lettuce.
2. In a separate bowl add together the remaining ingredients and cover with dressing mix.
3. Serve immediately by placing the lettuce mix on a plate and spooning over the dressing mix.

SEDUCTIVE STRAWBERRY SOUP RECIPE - Valentines day Recipes


Ingredients:

1 lb Strawberries, washed and hulled.
10 Mint leaves.
2 cups of White wine.
Juice of 1/2 a Lemon.
3 tablespoons of Honey.
2 tablespoons of Brandy.

Preparation Instructions:

2. Blend thoroughly.
3. Chill for at least 4 hours.

VALENTINES HEART PIE RECIPE - Valentines Recipes


Ingredients:

1 cup of water.
1 packet strawberry flavored gelatin (3 ounces).
2 cups of vanilla ice cream.
Milk chocolate kisses or buttons.

For the Pie Shell.
1 ½ cups of chocolate cookie crumbs.
1 tablespoon of granulated sugar.
¼ cup of butter, softened.

Preparation Instructions:

For the Pie Shell
1. Mix ingredients in a bowl until thoroughly blended.
2. Press evenly into a nine-inch pie pan.
3. Bake at 375F for 8 minutes or until cooked completely.
4. Leave to cool.

For the Pie
1. In a 4-cup glass measuring cup stir together water and gelatin. Cook in a microwave oven, uncovered, on full power for 2 minutes.
2. Add vanilla ice cream to the hot gelatin mixture, stir until ice cream is completely melted. Chill the mixture for 35 to 30 minutes, stir twice during chilling (the mixture should set so it falls as mounds from a spoon)
3. Pour chilled ice cream mixture into pie shell. Chill about 4 hours or until ice cream is completely set.
4. Arrange milk chocolate kisses or buttons in a heart shape on top of the pie.

VALENTINES DAY RED CAKE RECIPE - Valentines Recipes


Ingredients:

2 medium eggs.
2 cups of flour.
1 cup of buttermilk.
1 ½ cups of sugar.
½ cup of butter.
2 tablespoons of cocoa.
2 tablespoons of hot coffee.
1 teaspoon of red food coloring.
1 teaspoon of baking soda.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Frosting.

Preparation Instructions:

Preheat your over to 325°F (160°C).

Cream the butter; then add the sugar, beating thoroughly.

Add the eggs and beat well.

Combine the coffee, cocoa and red food colouring; then to creamed mixture and beat.

Dissolve the baking soda in the buttermilk, stirring thoroughly.

Combine the flour and the salt; then add to creamed mixture alternately with the buttermilk mixture.

Pour the batter into 2 greased and floured eight-inch round cake pans.

Bake for 35-40 minutes.

Allow to cool in pans for 15 minutes.

Remove from pans and allow to fully cool.

Spread frosting between layers and on top of cake.

VALENTINES CHICKEN DRUMSTICKS RECIPE - Valentine Recipes


Ingredients:

3 x Chicken drumsticks.
4 tablespoons of cornflour.
2 egg yolks, lightly beaten.
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.

For seasoning:
1 tablespoon of ginger juice.
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce.
1 tablespoon of fish sauce.
1 tablespoon of honey.

For dipping sauce:
3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Clean chicken drumsticks thoroughly. Cut right through one side of the drumstick and open up the meat with a knife, and push it down to the bone.
2. Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl. Marinade the chicken for 3 to 4 hours.
3. Turn the meat over to form a boxer's stick. Roll in the cornflour, dip in egg yolk then coat with breadcrumbs.
4. Heat some oil in wok. Deep-fry the chicken drumsticks until golden brown.
5. Serve with dipping sauce.

HEART SHAPED PIZZA RECIPE- Valentines Recipe


Ingredients:

1 large Pizza base,pre-baked.
1/3 cups of Pizza sauce.
1/3 cups of grated Mozzarella cheese.
12 large cooked Shrimps.
1 medium Red Bell Pepper.
Olive oil.

How to Prepare:

1. Trim the pizza base into a heart shape, place on pizza pan or baking sheet.
2. Spread pizza sauce on the base to near the edge.
3. Sprinkle the grated cheese over sauce.
4. Place the shrimp, in pairs, tails touching to make heart shapes. Repeat with some slices of pepper.
5. Drizzle with a little olive oil.
6. Bake at 375F until the cheese is melted and pizza is piping hot.
Serve it with Tomato Sauce.

VALENTINE BREAKFAST BISCUITS RECIPE - Valentine Recipes


Ingredients:

1 ½ cup of flour.
2/3 cups of sugar.
1 small 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
¼ teaspoon of salt.
10 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and kept hot.
¼ cup of plus 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder(natural).
1 egg.
¼ cup of plus 2 tablespoons of milk.
1 heart shaped cutter or similar (approximately 2- 2½ inches in size).

For Serving.
Slightly sweetened whipped cream or creme fraiche.
Jam or berries.

Preparation Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the hot butter and cocoa powder until smooth.

3. Stir the egg and milk into the chocolate mixture. Pour the wet mixture over flour mixture. Fold through gently with a rubber spatula until all of flour mixture is moistened. Do not try to make a smooth dough.

4. Place the dough on sheet of wax paper and push into a rectangle of approximately 10-inch x 5-inch.

5. Chill the dough for about 15 minutes.

6. Cut out as many shapes as you can from the dough (this should be between 8 and 10). Transfer these to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

7. Bake at 400F on the center shelf for about 12 minutes, or until the tops have dried and started to crack and the bases have started to color.

8. Serve with the cream and berries.

BLACKBERRY VALENTINES RECIPE - Valentine Recipes


Ingredients:

1 x store-bought pound cake.
1 pint Blackberries.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
½ teaspoon of fresh lemon juice.
½ cup of chilled whipping cream.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Slice the pound cake into 4 slices approximately 1 inch thick. With a heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out hearts from each slice of the cake.
2. In a bowl crush 1/2 of the Blackberries and the sugar. Add the remaining Blackberries whole to the bowl. Add the lemon juice and mix well.
3. Whip the cream until it is at the soft peak stage.
4. To Serve: Place 1 heart on a plate. Pour the Blackberry mixture over each cake. Cover the cake with another heart. Top with whipped cream and the remaining Blackberry mixture.

Ingredients:

1 package (12 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips.
1 (5 ounce) can evaporated milk.
1 jar of marshmallow creme.
4 capsules of ginseng.
3 cups of sugar.
1 cup of chopped pecans.
¾ cup of margarine.
1 teaspoon of vanilla.

How to make Valentine Love Fudge:

Lightly grease a 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish.

In a suitably sized starsol saucepan, mix together the margarine, sugar and milk.

Bring to a boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Turn the heat off and stir in the semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

Pour into a baking dish and allow it to set at room temperature.

RASPBERRY ROMANCE COCKTAIL RECIPE - Velentines day Drink


Ingredients:

1 oz Coffee liqueur.
¾ oz Chambord.
1 ¼ oz Irish cream liqueur.
Club soda.
Ice.

Preparation Instructions:

1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour over the Coffee liqueur, Chambord and Irish cream liqueur over the ice.
3. Fill the remainder of the glass with club soda and serve.

SWEETHEART COOKIES RECIPE


Orange flavored cookies
Ingredients
170 GMS. Plain flour
115 GMS. Margarine or butter
170 GMS. Castor Sugar
1 tsp. Orange Color
1 1/2 tsp. Orange Essence
1/4 cup Almonds(optional)
Method
1.Beat margarine or butter and sugar until very light and creamy. Add essence and color and then beat again.
2.Sieve the flour and add to the mixture. Knead the dough well and roll it.
3.Shape the dough in heart shapes using a biscuit cutter. Decorate the cookies with almonds.
4.Put it on a greased baking tray and bake the cookies at 180DegC. for 20 minutes.
