Aam Pyaj Aur Lauki ki Sabzi Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 cup grated bottle gourd (doodhi / lauki)
  • 1 cup grated unripe mango
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 tsp oil
  • mustard seeds ( rai / sarson)
  • asafoetida (hing)
  • 1 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander-cumin seeds (dhania-jeera) powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
  • little water
  • coriander (dhania) leaves

Method

take oil in microwawe bowl.hit in microwawe for 100%power for 2-3 minites.
add musterd seeds and asafoetida again hit for 2 minites
add all grated vegetables and all ingredients.lastly add besan and mix it proprly.add little water if neccesery.
close the bowl and take in microwawe in 100%power for 5 minites.
take it out. decorate with coriander leaves. and served it.
