KARAHI GOSHT RECIPE - Meat Recipes


INGREDIENTS
1 tsp all spice
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
Fresh coriander leaves chopped
1/4 tsp black cummin seeds
1 large onion finely chopped
250 gms tomatoes finely chopped
5 - 6 green chillies
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger / garlic
500 gms mutton pieces with bones
2 tbsp yoghurt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp red chilly powder
1/2 cup oil or ghee


HOW TO COOK:

In a Karahi or wok put oil, meat, tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, ginger / garlic and onions.
Cook over the medium heat till the meat is quite tender. Put Coriander powder, turmeric powder,
black pepper, black cumin seeds and all spice. Stir and cook for sometime till the oil separates.
Add yoghurt, green chillies and let it cook. Cook for few minutes.Turn into a serving dish and
sprinkle Coriander leaves on the top.
