This is inspired by Russian Beef Stroganoff . Take some beautiful shiitake mushrooms, Some onions and sauteed in butter until soft . Add the left over turkey or chicken Add some sour cream Thyme, Chopped Garlic, Parsley and some Sogogi Dashida or a beef stock cube. I also put a dash of Irish whiskey in there.
