Ingredients:
Basmati rice .... 2 cups
Palak (spinach) .. 1 cup (chopped)
Coriander leaves.... 1/2 cup
Mint leaves............ 7-8
Green cardamoms... 4
Cloves ........................ 4
Cinnamon stick......... 1 inch piece
Bay leaves ................. 2
Green chillies ............. 2
Ginger-garlic paste...1 tbsp.
Turmeric powder ..... 1/4 tsp.
Salt to taste

Method:
1. In a sauce pan heat a little oil, add cardamoms, cloves, cinnamon and bayleaf.
2. Now add the ginger garlic paste, stir fry and add the greens, salt. turmeric powder and the slit green chillies. Simmer for 4-5 minutes.
3.Cook the rice and mix the prepared green masala.
