CORN RAITA


Ingredients:
Corn ............ 1/2 cup ( boiled / canned)
Onion .......... 1 small ( chopped finely )
Curd / yogurt .. 1/4 cup
Tomato ........ 1 small ( remove seeds & cut into small pieces)
Green chillies .... 1-2 (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves .... 1 tbsp. (chopped finely)
Cumin powder .... 1/8 tsp. ( Roasted and ground coarsely)
Black / white pepper ... a pinch
Salt ...... to taste
Sugar ..... 1/8 tsp. (optional)

Method:
1. Mix all the above ingredients.
2. Add the salt and sprinkle the pepper and cumin powders.
3. Add sugar if desired.
You may add mint or basil leaves too in the place of coriander.
