CALDO ' PESCAO (no translation available... XD). It's typical from Canary Islands. This meal is composed by 4 separate dishes:
- The one in the right down side (esquina inferior derecha): The main dish : El PESCADO y PATATAS SANCOCHADAS (Fish and lightly boiled potatoes )
- The one in the left down side(esquina inferior izquierda): It's an accompaniment called GOFIO ESCALDAO (Escalded Gofio) http://es.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gofio
- The one in the center, the sauce (not spicy) called MOJO VERDE (GREEN MOJO).
- The one in the upper side: SOPA de PAN(BREAD SOUP)
